| Mission Statement Our mission is to deliver a quality construction project - meeting the client's needs, budget and schedule. Tri-City's role is to provide the leadership, management, administration and coordination. Company Philosophy Tri-City believes construction is a team effort involving the owner, the design team and the construction team led by our Project Manager. We assemble the construction team of qualified tradesmen, subcontractors and suppliers. We then appoint a competent and experienced superintendent to expedite the construction project within the designated schedule and budget. Tri-City stresses the importance of good communication, administrative excellence and diligent follow up. Tri-City is a member of the Southern Interior Construction Association (SICA), Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA), BC and Canadian Construction Associations. Through these associations we support industry developed safety programs, apprenticeship training, standard construction documents and fair tendering policies. Tri-City is also a member of Homeowner Protection Office, as a licensed Residential Builder, and US Green Building Council, which enables us to qualify projects for LEED certification, at different levels.
