Casey VanDongen President
Casey has over 31 years experience in the industry and holds a journeyman carpentry certificate. Casey is responsible for overall management of the company including risk management and bonding, finance and legal requirements. Casey started VanDongen Construction in 1975, which acted primarily as residential builder. In 1981 the focus changed to commercial and institutional work in all parts of BC. The name was changed to Tri-City Contracting Ltd. in 1987 to reflect the companys diverse area of operation. From 1993 to 1997 Casey worked as a Construction Manager for a developer and gained experience in multifamily, private and development projects, many of them being design build. In these projects Casey was responsible for establishing specifications and scope of work documents.

Wayne Delichte - Project Manager
Wayne Delichte is the Okanagan Project Manager for Tri-City. He has an extensive and impressive background in the construction industry. Wayne is also a journeyman carpenter and has knowledge of financial/business management, gained from his post-secondary education. Wayne and his wife, Shirley, have designed and built their dream home in the Kelowna area.

Tom McNeil - Project Manager
Tom brings to Tri-City Contracting a long list of skills and achievements, which have been cquired in over a decade in the construction industry. In this time, he has obtained extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction management and site supervisor issues. His unique mix of previous management experience in industrial, fabrication, automotive and consulting has made ideal for his current position as project manager. In addition to this, Tom also has a Diploma in Business administration and has attended numerous construction related seminars. Tom is married with three young children, who keep him very busy.

Shaun Minten - Project Manager
Shaun comes to Tri-City after numerous years of management in automotive service. His family has a long history in the construction industry and so this position is a home-coming for him. Shaun is strong in purchasing, co-ordination and documentation - all critical skills in good project administration. He has recently moved back to Kamloops with his wife Sheila.

Curtis Erickson, Project Manager/Superintendent
Curtis Erickson, a journeyman carpenter, is currently a Superintendent for Tri-City and brings 12 years experience in the construction industry. Always up for a challenge, he is presently working on a Masters Degree in International Construction Management, while completing courses for Gold Seal Certification. Curtis and his wife, Oshrit, have settled in Victoria, BC.

Aaron Reibin - Controller
Aaron is the Controller for Tri-City and brings to the organization a strong background of accounting, taxation, and finance. The strong administration team at Tri-City supports and assists Aaron in all aspects of his job. Aaron moved to Kamloops in 2003 from Vancouver and quickly made this wonderful City his new home.

Tri-City has numerous superintendents available in various areas of the province, each with many years of supervisory experience working with Tri-City and other contractors. Specific detailed resumes for each individual are available upon request.
