Tri-City’s residential activity involves those projects which are outside the single family scope. Tri-City is registered for the Homeowner Protection Program and is able to offer the 5 and 10 Year Warranties backed by St. Paul Insurance. We have built seniors homes, student housing, group homes, native housing and a bed and breakfast.
