This challenging project involved expanding the existing building on three sides and refurbishing entire interior; all the while maintaining a full operating ICBC facility and safe public access. At one point the staff worked out of the newly expanded inspection bay complete with temporary lighting and air conditioning. The project was further complicated by asbestos contaminated vermiculite which was required to be removed at nights. |
